Today, we introduced the Problem Solving Committee to our students.

This marks an important step in shaping a community where everyone’s voice matters.

Over the past few weeks, students have worked together to create a set of community rules they all agreed on to help us coexist respectfully and peacefully. These rules aren’t set in stone; they can be added to, changed, or removed at any time, as long as there’s a group consensus.

But having rules isn’t enough. To ensure everyone feels heard, respected, and comfortable within this framework, we’ve created the Problem Solving Committee. This gives all members of our community a way to actively participate in resolving issues and shaping the space we share.

Our goal is to foster a culture where problems are met with thoughtful conversation and collective action, where everyone plays a role in making our community thrive.
