SML Hub welcomed Chris, a nutritionist, who joined us for an engaging session with the young people.


We explored nutrition through a simple idea: Our bodies are like phones they need charging.


We discussed balance (not extremes), whole foods, protein, healthy fats, hydration and sleep. The young people asked thoughtful questions, challenged food myths and reflected on how different foods affect their energy and focus.


No rules. No judgement. Just curiosity and informed choice. Wellbeing supports learning and this conversation proved it.
